我們定于6月12日-23日在歐洲五國(guó)舉辦的“第九屆世界酒店論壇歐洲峰會(huì)”及有關(guān)考察活動(dòng)時(shí)間已日趨臨近，原計(jì)劃25人成團(tuán)的人數(shù)已經(jīng)超出，預(yù)計(jì)將有40-50人（包括隨從），統(tǒng)一從北京出發(fā)，共赴“歐洲峰會(huì)”。
 
鑒于每個(gè)人的具體情況不同，且同期所需要辦理的各項(xiàng)手續(xù)繁多，為了避免出現(xiàn)以前“世界酒店論壇臺(tái)灣峰會(huì)”有幾位嘉賓未能及時(shí)穩(wěn)妥地配合辦理出境手續(xù)而無(wú)法成行的遺憾，我們特別懇請(qǐng)大家積極配合辦理好各項(xiàng)出國(guó)手續(xù)，希望您們有專(zhuān)人和組委會(huì)秘書(shū)處聯(lián)合工作，共同將“第九屆世界酒店論壇歐洲峰會(huì)”等活動(dòng)舉辦成業(yè)界極具代表性的里程碑“峰會(huì)”。

  Dear all respected association leaders and entrepreneurs:
 
The time of holding the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related investigation activities during June 12th and 23th are approaching. And we estimated that 40-50 people(including attendants), will all start from Beijing to attend the European Summit, exceeding original plan of 25 people.
 
We specially request you to positively coordinate and complete all procedures for going abroad for everyone's concrete condition is different and the procedures are too much and complex to make at the same time, avoiding the regret of some guests didn’t complete the procedures in time and couldn’t attend in Taiwan Summit. We hope you’ve a specially assigned person to associate work with committee secretariat and together hold the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related activities to be the most representative milestone summit in this industry.
